摘    要:提出基于故障切除后极短时间的转子动能与支路势能2类信息的输电线路暂态脆弱性评估方法.通过带阻抗权重介数扁发式地提取动能拓扑分布,将支路势能和动能介数归一化后的和定义为暂态脆弱度量,衍生出相对指标和综合指标,分别定量反映单一故障和故障集下线路暂态受扰程度,并进一步提出局部网络脆弱指标.通过复杂网络理论计算暂态动能注入效应,避免了传统方法中对增广网络支路势能极值拐点的求取,节省了时域仿真时间.结合势能界面法预警扫描,建立完整的电网暂态脆弱性快速评估流程,所提算法适用于调度监测、割集分析、解列模式预测等.

Abstract:A novel fast assessment method for transient vulnerability of transmission lines was presented,which made use of rotor kinetic energy and branch potential energy in a very short period of simulation.Betweenness with resistance weight was introduced to fit topology distribution of kinetic energy heuristically.The normalization sum of branch potential energy and kinetic energy distribution were defined as vulnerability indices.And then,relative and integration indices were designed to describe transmission li...
