| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病误诊为风湿性疾病的原因,减少误诊。方法:分析由风湿科转诊的7例急性淋巴细胞白血病的临床症状和实验室检查。结果:7例急性淋巴细胞白血病均以骨关节肌肉疼痛为首发症状,出现症状后到确诊的时间为1~12个月。7例中有4例误诊为血清阴性脊柱关节病,1例误诊为结缔组织病,1例误诊为幼年脊柱关节病,1例误诊为类风湿关节炎。结论:有骨关节肌肉疼痛的患者在使用激素前应行骨髓检查,以免误诊。
