摘    要:研究了相容剂PP-g-MAH用量对PP/PA11共混物力学性能的影响。结果显示,当相容剂质量分数为3%时,体系力学性能最好;同时,偏光显微镜及DSC结果也显示,加入相容剂后,分散相PA11在基体材料PP中的分散更均匀,体系的晶粒尺寸减小。

Abstract:The effect of compatibilizer content on the mechanical properties of PP/PA11 blend was studied. The results showed the mechanical properties of PP/PA11 blend was the best when the mass fraction of compatibilizer was 3%, and the results of polarizing microscope photo and DSC showed PAl 1 dispersed more uniformly in PP, and the crystallite dimension of the system was also decrease by the addition of the compatibilizer.
