| Abstract: | This paper introduces what is Office Automation (OA) and elucidates OA applications from the usability ap- proach.It also analyzes the requirement analysis,design theory,global design and technology platform of the collebora- tive office automation system,(including the information integration and OA application platforms).After comparing 3 different OA related technologies,the paper predicts the development and trends of OA in the future. |
