摘    要:本文介绍了一种精密液压力自动发生系统,它采用由普通硅压阻和数字石英谐振双压力传感器构成的模拟、数字PID双闭环反馈控制方案,采用了多参量反馈控制技术。该系统具有良好的动态响应和控制精度,为压力的检定和测试提供了精密压力源,可以用于压力表、压力变送器和压力传感器的自动检定和校准。

Abstract:An automatic precision hydraulic pressure generating system is introduced. The digital crystal pressure sensor and the common silicon pressure sensor are used. The control methods of analogy, numeric PID double closed-loop and multi parameters feedback are adopted. The system has a good dynamic response and control accuracy. As it provides a standard source for pressure verification and test, it can be used to automatically calibrate pressure gauges, pressure transducers and pressure sensors.
