晶粒原位异向生长与自增韧陶瓷材料

摘    要:增韧技术对于脆性陶瓷材料来说是一个重要的课题。一种将细长晶粒比如晶须、晶板等分散于陶瓷块体材料中以提高其韧性的方法已经取得了巨大的成功。详细叙述了陶瓷块体材料中晶粒原位异向生长的新近研究成果 ,主要包括晶粒生长机制、晶粒形貌、显微结构及原位复合陶瓷材料的性能。同时也报道了在氮化硅陶瓷方面的研究结果

Abstract:Toughening technology is an important topic for brittle ceramic materials. One was trying to disperse elongated grains such as whisker and platelets in ceramic matrix to increase the toughness and was achieved great progress. The recent status on the in situ growth of anisotropic grain inside the ceramic bulk, including growth mechanism, morphologies, microstructures and properties of the in situ composited ceramic materials were reviewed. Some new experimental results on systems of silicon nitride based ceramic also were reported.
