摘    要:空分装置分子筛纯化系统二氧化碳含量超标,对设备长周期安全稳定运行影响极大,被冻结的水分和二氧化碳逐渐沉积到膨胀机、低温换热器、精馏塔、阀门、管道等。轻则造成冷箱内设备堵塞,影响装置正常运行;重则使冷箱内乙炔、碳氢化合物含量超标引起爆炸等安全事故。在实际操作中,注意总结事故经验教训,认真准确分析并制定预防控制方法,是避免类似事故再次发生的有效途径。

Abstract:Excessive carbon dioxide in the molecular sieve purification system of air separation plant seriously affects the long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment, as gradually deposition of frozen water and carbon dioxide to the expander, low temperature heat exchanger, rectifying tower, valves and piping can cause blocking inside the cold box affecting normal operation or even push the acetylene and hydrocarbons inside the cold box to exces-sive levels causing explosion and other accidents. In practice, seriously and accurately analyz-ing and learning lessons from experiences of such accidents while drawing up prevention and control measures is an effective way to avoid similar accidents happening again.
