双梁桥式起重机箱型主梁轻量化设计探讨

摘    要:以20 t/22.5 m双梁桥式起重机箱型主梁为典型规格,对其采用矩形正轨梁、矩形偏轨梁、正梯形偏轨梁等不同截面形状,利用MATLAB优化工具分别进行轻量化设计,提出了箱型主梁截面形式确定原则和系列化规格箱型主梁轻量化设计方法。

A Discussion on Lightweight Design of Box Girder for Double-Beam Bridge Crane

Abstract:Different section shapes such as rectangular middle-track girder, rectangular bias-rail girder and right trapezoid bias-rail girder were adopted for lightweight design of the box girder of 20 t/22.5 m bridge crane by using MATLAB optimization tool. Then the deter-mination principle for box girder section and lightweight design method of series specifications of box girder were put forward.
