| 摘 要： | 以瓷质拉西环为填料，采用空塔线速度００５～０１５ｍ／ｓ，汽提温度７０～８０℃，气液（体积）比为１３０∶１～１６０∶１的操作条件下，可使无灰分散剂副产盐酸中２－氯－２－甲基丙烷等有机物杂质含量从１５×１０－４脱除到（１２±３）×１０－６，脱除率达９０％以上。

| Abstract: | The contents of organic impurities,such as 2-chloro-2 methyl propane,content in hydrochloric acid by-product from the production of ashless dispersant can be reduced from 1.510-4 to (1.203)10-5under the following stripping refining conditions: the ceramic Rasching is used as packing material;superficial linear velocity is 0.050.15 m/s;stripping temperature is 7080 ;the ratio of gas to liquid is 13011601. The impurity removing rate can be achieved 90%. |
