鸡不同品系及其后代的羽速羽型研究

对三个快羽系、三个慢羽系及其九个杂交组合共1440只雏鸡在42日龄内的羽速羽型特征作了研究。结果表明:1、出壳时的羽型可根据主翼羽与覆主翼羽的绝对差度分为六型。2、在42日龄内,三个快羽系的羽型特征较一致;而三个慢羽系的羽型却有较大的差异。3、亲本对杂交鸡的羽型影响在品系间有差异。4、在42日龄内的不同阶段,羽速(即快、慢羽)的鉴别要按不同部位的羽型特征的差异来进行。

STUDIES ON FEATHER TY PES AND FEATHERING IN SEVERAL EARLY-AND LATE-FEATHERING STRAINS ANG THEIR CROSSBREDS

The leangths of primaries, primary coverts, secondaries, secondary coverts and main tail feathers were measured in earlyfeathering sctrains G, J, B and late-feathering strains D, K, H and 9 cross, ombinations from dey-old to 42 days of age. The discussion is given to the classification of feather types of chicks at hatching and the characters of feather types and featherng in different strains and cross combinations from day-old to 42 days of age. The parent effects on Irossbred chicks are analyzed. The rule of the difference of feather types on wing and tail between early-and late-feathering birds under 42 days old is discussed. Finally, a method to classify feather types at hatching and a method to delect early-and late-feathering birds under 42days old are given.
