摘    要:企业家精神是企业永续发展的不竭动力。是21世纪推动一个国家经济发展最主要的动力之一。本文从微观角度出发,研究公司如何采取有效的措施促进公司企业家精神的培育,进而提高公司的经营业绩。笔者在国内外相关领域研究成果的基础上,提出了影响公司企业家精神培育的系统理论假设模型,并通过实证研究验证了假设模型。

Abstract:Entrepreneurship is the most important impetus of promoting enterprise development and economy development for a country in 21 century. From microcosmic point of view, this paper mainly focuses on how to foster corporate entrepreneurship by implementing some effective measures so as to improve the corporate business performance. First, based on the academic research production in the world and the concrete circumstance in China, this paper provides a system model hypothesis that influences corporate entrepreneurship (including system of corporate board of directors and management, the characteristics of entrepreneur, corporate strategic management and corporate circumstance). And then the paper verifies the hypothesis by empirical study.
