| 摘 要： | 目的防止输入性疟疾在国内的传播,探讨输入性疟疾的处置方式。方法对来自疫区归国人员进行疟疾检测、流行病学调查及发现疫情后的处置。结果从赤道几内亚回国劳务人员中检出24例疟疾,结合流行病史,判定为输入性疟疾。疫情发现后,立即组成公共卫生人员的应急队伍进行处理。结论出入境检验检疫机构加强对出入境人员的健康咨询、对归国人员传染病监测,快速处理疫情是防止输入性疟疾传播的关键。
