摘    要:目的:建立顶空毛细管柱气相色谱测定水中微量丙烯腈分析方法.方法:水中丙烯腈在恒温密闭顶空瓶中达到汽液两相分配平衡时,取液上气相样品注入气相色谱仪测定丙烯腈含量,并对顶空体积、平衡温度、平衡时间及色谱条件进行优化.结果:本法丙烯腈保留时间3.60min,线性范围1.26~20.15 mg/L,回归方程:y=0.314+2...

Abstract:Objective: To establish a determination method of trace acrylonitrile in industrial wastewater by GC(FID).Methods: Acrylonitrile in water was segregated by headspace bottle in tepidarium into the gas,detected by gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ion detector(GC-FID),and the optimal parameters of the method were explored(headspace,balance temperature and time,and chromatographic condition).Results: Under the optimal conditions above,the retention time of acrylonitrile was 3.60 minutes,linear range of this method was from 1.26mg/L to 20.15mg/L,regression equation was y(areas of chromatographic peak) =0.314+2.60x(concentration of standard),correlation coefficient r=0.9996,detecting limit was 0.08mg/L,relative standard deviation was between 2.66% and 4.63%,recovery of added standard was between 97.67% and 104.78%,and acrylonitrile did not be interfered with some coexistence substances: methanol,n-propanol,acetonitrile and benzene.Conclusion: The determination method has been proven to be simple and effective,with good accuracy,precision and sensitivity,and can satisfy the monitoring demand of acrylonitrile in water.
