| 摘 要： | 目前,各类交通监控资源量大面广,但监管人员不足,实时显示设备及场所空间有限,从而引起各类交通监控资源失管失控问题。为此,我们开发了大范围交通监控资源远程管理系统,对各类交通监控资源信息进行有效管理。文中介绍了基于GIS（地理信息系统）的跨部门、跨区域、跨路网的交通监控资源管理系统,包括系统框架、功能设计、网络结构、及Oracle数据库设计。系统采用Arc-GIS作为开发工具,对系统进行可视化开发。该系统可为交通管理部门充分有效利用交通资源提供技术支持。
