| 摘 要： | 通过对质量比较器性能的考察和在重量法配气中的应用实验,以及对所配制标准气体量值定值的不确定度分析,证实了质量比较器作为称量装置,具有称量快速、量值准确可靠的特点,可以应用于重量法配气中的气体称量。

| Abstract: | Study the performance of mass comparator,and its application to preparation of reference gases in weighting method,and the uncertainty of the reference gases.The results verified the mass comparator suitably in preparation of reference gases in weighting method,as its properties of weighing quickily and precisely. |
