亲、疏水性功能单体对聚丙烯酸酯乳液聚合的影响研究

摘    要:以OP-10和SDS为乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备聚丙烯酸酯乳液。加入亲水单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和疏水单体丙烯酸长链烷基酯(V)为功能单体,研究了的亲、疏水性功能单体及配比对乳液粘度、表面能、耐水性及涂膜吸水率的影响。结果表明,采用m(AA)∶m(HEA)∶m(V)=1.25∶2∶5得到的丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液各项性能较佳,此时乳液转化率可达99.91%,乳胶膜吸水率仅为15.21%,表面能为46.3143 J/m2,胶膜浸水脱落时间≥96 h。

Abstract:A polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsified technique,adopting semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization methods and using OP-10 and SDS as the surfactants.Acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and long-chain aliphatic acrylate(V) were used as the functional monomers.The effects of the monomers on the viscosity,surface energy,water resistance and water absorption of the polymer emulsion were explored.Results showed that at AA /HEA/V=1.25/2/5,the emulsion properties were the best: conversion rate 99.91%,latex film water absorption only 15.21%,the surface energy 46.314 3 J /m2,shedding time≥96 h.
