| 摘 要： | 阐述了石灰湿法烟气脱硫给液系统工艺设计特点。采用间歇消化、两次定量稀释和三级连续沉砂工艺制备消石灰稀液 ,供给三台 6 5t/h锅炉烟气脱硫。工程实践表明 :消石灰稀液质量浓度稳定 ,易操作 ,易控制和易监督 ,证明了给液系统是湿法烟气脱硫的重要部分

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the feature of technological design of liquid supply system of lime wet FGD.Preparation of lime water by intermittent reaction of lime with water,two order to fixed quantity dilute and tree step sedimend technology,supply to the FGD of three stage 65t/h boiler.It indicated by the engineering practice that hydrated lime solution quantity concentration was stabile,easy to operate,control and superrics.It's proved that the important part of lime wet FGD is liquid supply system. |
