| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨灵芝三萜在口腔癌变发生发展过程中的抑制作用和机制.方法:建立金黄地鼠颊囊动态癌变的动物模型,采用免疫组化技术检测caspase-3在两组动物模型中的表达变化,并进行统计学处理.结果:在整个癌变动态观察期内,两组颊囊癌变过程中不同组织学发生情况有显著差异(P<0.01),A组病变严重程度始终低于B组.随着上皮病变程度的加剧,caspase-3 的表达呈现逐步增强趋势.A组与B组相比,在正常组、上皮单纯增生组、上皮异常增生组、鳞癌的不同病损中,A组阳性率低于B组.A组与B组正常组和上皮单纯增生组相比差异均无显著性.但在上皮异常增生和鳞癌组织中A组与B组差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论:灵芝三萜对口腔黏膜癌发展过程中具有抑制作用并可能不是通过细胞凋亡途径发挥作用,而可能发挥直接细胞毒作用.
