| Abstract: | The collagen of animal skins mainly contain type I collagen and type III collagen.The compositions and structures of these two collagens,as well as the important properties of skins are summarized.Based on that,some recent technologies and methods on extraction of collagens from pigskin,calf skin and fish skin are introduced. |
