七氟醚用于鼻内镜手术对呼吸动力学的影响

目的观察七氟醚吸入麻醉用于鼻内镜手术对气道阻力、肺顺应性和气道压的影响。方法 30例择期在全麻下行鼻内镜手术的病人,随机分为异丙酚组（P组）和七氟醚组（S组）。P组持续泵注瑞芬太尼0.2μg·kg-1·min-1复合异丙酚3～6mg·kg-1·min-1维持麻醉；S组持续泵注瑞芬太尼0.2μg·kg-1·min-1,持续吸入七氟醚2%～3%,呼气末浓度维持在1.1～1.7 MAC。记录手术开始时﹑手术30 min,手术60 min﹑手术结束时及手术结束后5 min时的气道阻力﹑肺顺应性和气道压。结果两组各时点呼吸动力学指标差异无统计学意义。结论七氟醚麻醉对气道阻力﹑肺顺应性和气道压没有显著影响。

Effects of sevoflurane on pneumodynamics in patients undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane inhalation on pneumodynamics. Methods Thirty patients undergoing elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly assigned into propofol group（ group P） and sevoflurane group（ group S）. In group P patients received remifentanil 0. 2μg·kg-1·min-1and propofol 3 ～ 6mg·kg-1·min-1intravenously,while those in group S received remifentanil 0. 2μg·kg-1·min-1and continuous inhalation of sevoflurane 2 ～ 3%,the end-tidal concentration being 1. 1 ～ 1. 7 MAC. The airway resistance,pulmonary compliance and airway pressure were recorded at the beginning of surgery,30min after surgery,60min after surgery,the termination of surgery and 5min after the termination of surgery. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the pneumodynamics parameters measured at the same time points between the two groups. Conclusions The airway resistance,pulmonary compliance and airway pressure have not changed significantly during anesthesia with sevoflurane.
