| 摘 要： | 使用关键词和国际专利分类体系(IPC)对1985—2009年间关于海洋防污涂料方面的中国专利信息进行了检索,统计分析了国内海洋防污涂料专利申请量的总体变化、国内外主要申请人申请专利的数量、世界主要国家在我国的专利申请状况以及国内不同类型的申请人专利申请量所占的比例,并结合国内外重点申请人在中国的具体专利申请,对国内海洋防污涂料专利申请的技术构成、总体技术发展趋势进行了分析,同时给出了在该领域中国内专利申请存在的问题及发展建议。
