基于RS-485总线的飞行模拟器座舱仪表控制

摘    要:针对飞行模拟器座舱仪表控制系统的结构,为实现在地面模拟真实飞机飞行的目的,研究提出了基于RS-485总线的飞行模拟器座舱仪表控制系统总体结构方案及硬件实现;研究了仪表控制计算机OPC(OLE for Process Control)接口驱动软件和仪表通信软件,并对仪表系统采用的混合式步进电机的运动控制进行了研究且给出了相应的控制方法。系统运行表明,基于RS-485总线的飞行模拟器座舱仪表控制系统结构简单,稳定可靠。

Abstract:With the development of flight simulation, the cockpit instrument control system should be developed to meet the need of the new flight simulator. The cockpit instrument control system based on RS485 and OPC includes instrument control computer and cockpit instruments. To realize the serial communication between the instrument control computer and cockpit instruments, the data are transported through RS485 bus, and the interface of dynamic data exchange between the monitor software and calculate software of flying parameter adopts OPC(OLE for Process Control). The control system uses hybrid stepping motor as the instrument driver and the speed control of stepping motor is resolved. The test shows that the control system works well and realizes the function of the cockpit instrument system of the flight simulator.
