摘    要:针对目前在研究尘土对电器元件可靠性影响过程中有观测电触点表面尘土颗粒的需要,提出了一种视频显微实时观测系统,该系统将光学显微技术与机械、电子以及计算机等技术相结合。确定了系统的工作原理及结构组成,详细介绍了系统各部分的设计方案及实现方法。主要包括系统的光学成像部分和图像采集传输部分以及机械结构部分。该系统的设计对其他类似视频成像系统的研制有参考意义。

Abstract:For the requirement of observing dust particles on contact surface in the process of researching the influence of dust on electromechanical Components, a video microscope system is designed. The system integrated mechanism, electron and computer science with microscopy. We proposed the main design principles and frame, and introduced design proposal technical route of system, including mostly optics, image acquisition and mechani- cal structure. This system is significant for the development of other analogous system.
