| 摘 要： | 2A12铝合金Φ550mm圆铸锭在挤压后，发现有光亮晶粒而导致挤压棒材报废。通过对铸锭光亮晶粒产生原因的分析，采取了防止其产生的措施，最终避免了光亮晶粒冶金缺陷。

| Abstract: | Bright crystal is found after2A12alloy?550mm round billets are extr uded,which leads the extruded rods to be scraped.The forming reasons of the br ight crystal of the billets are analyzed and the bright crystal metallurgical defect is eliminated at last after we take the effective preventive measures. |
