| 摘 要： | 由IETM驱动的便携诊断设备目前已成为舰船电子设备现场级维修所依赖的主要手段和工具;为解决某雷达告警设备的现场级诊断问题,提出了一种采用成熟的AIMSS软件和TEAMS软件,综合测试诊断需求分析、测试性分析评估、诊断策略生成和IETM开发过程,并根据顶层分配的测试需求研制由IETM驱动的现场便携式智能诊断设备的方法;同时,采用COM接口技术解决了两个软件的诊断信息融合;研制的设备已在基层部队得到试用,经济适用,对告警设备现场级维修能力的提高具有明显的促进作用。
