35例肺部结核球的X线分析

目的:探讨肺部结核球的X线平片及CT的影像学表现,提高对肺部结核球的影像学诊断准确率。方法:对35例经胸部DR X线正侧位片发现肺部球形病灶的患者,再行胸部CT检查,把检查结果进行归纳整理并对比分析。结果:肺结核球多见于两肺上叶尖后段、下叶背段、后基底段,X线平片表现为边缘清晰的圆形或类圆形密度增高影,部分伴有钙化、呈浅分叶状。CT扫描多为直径在3 cm以内的单发球形病灶,一般密度均匀,边缘光滑或可见薄层包膜,结核球附近常伴有散在纤维增殖病灶。结论:胸部正侧位片是发现结核球的首选检查方法,应结合CT检查、临床资料加以综合分析方能做明确诊断。

X-ray Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculoma in 35 Cases

Objective： To analyze the videographic characteristics of X-ray and CT in pulmonary tuberculoma and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary tuberculoma . Methods： having diagnosed the 35 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculoma by taking chest X-rays, we go on a further examination of these patients through chest CT examinations. Then we sum up and analyze the results of examination comparatively. Results： Tuberculoma often distributes at the back and acme of the lung. Imaging was clear circular or higher-density of ellipse. Some was shallow lobulated with calcification phenomenon. The CT scan is mostly single spherical focus of the diame- ter 3cm. the general density is even and the edge is smooth or the thin wraps can be seen. There often exists fib- eral and propagated focus neighbouring the tuberculoma. Conclusion： The chest X-ray examination is the first choice for examination of pulmonary tuberculoma. Along with the synthetical analysis of CT and clinical data, we can get an accurate diagnosis of oulmonarv tuberculoma.
