摘    要:目的 通过临床应用观察激光与平阳霉素联合治疗血管瘤的疗效。方法 选择 12 6例草莓状血管瘤和混合性血管瘤患儿 ,分两期进行治疗。第Ⅰ期行平阳霉素注射治疗 ,瘤体变薄后行第Ⅱ期激光治疗 ,选用倍频Nd :YAG可变脉宽 5 32nm激光。结果 本组病例总有效率达 94.4%。结论 激光加平阳霉素治疗小儿血管瘤疗效可靠 ,并发症少 ,是目前理想的治疗小儿血管瘤的新方法

Abstract:Objective To observe the treatment effect on hemangima in children with double frequency 532nm wave length Nd:YAG laser and pingyangmycin injection. Methods In 126 cases with strawberry hemangioma and mixtrue hemangioma, treatment was arranged in two stages, the first stage was injection of pingyangmycin, when the tumour became thinner than before, we continue the second laser treatment stage, double frequency 532nm wave length Nd:YAG laser was selected. Results The total effectiv rate reached 94.4%. Conclusion The curative effect of this method is reliable and side effect seldom occurs. It is an ideal therapy for treating hemangioma of children at present.
