粤北电网应对冰灾的安全稳定控制措施探讨

为提高电网抵御冰雪灾害的能力，维护电网在冰灾时期的安全与稳定，以粤北电网为例，分析了粤北电网安全稳定控制系统的现状，探讨了在冰灾来袭时南下电力输送通道受损和粤北电网局部受损情况下的特殊安全稳定控制措施。最后认为：当冰雪灾害来袭时，安全稳定控制措施应在常规控制策略基础上，进一步考虑冰灾对电网安全稳定的影响，及时将受灾最严重的机组和负荷切除，以保证电网的安全稳定运行。

Discussion on Security and Stability Control Measures Coping with Icing Disaster for North Guangdong Power Grid

For improving the capacity of coping with the icing disaster and maintaining the security and stability of power grid, north Guangdong grid is taken for example and the current status of its security and stability control system is analyzed. Special security and stability control measures when the power channels from north Guangdong grid to south grid are damaged and north Guangdong gird is partly damaged by the disaster are discussed. It is concluded that during icing and snowing disaster, the impact of icing on the security and stability of power grid should be dealt with by the security and stability control measures besides conventional control strategy, and the worst-hit units and loads should be shed in time to ensure the security and stability of power grid.
