复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈糜烂98例临床观察

目的观察复方沙棘籽油栓阴道给药治疗宫颈糜烂的临床意义.方法应用复方沙棘籽油栓阴道给药观察对不同类型宫颈糜烂的治愈率和总有效率.结果复方沙棘籽油栓治疗轻度宫颈糜烂治愈率90.3%,总有效率96.8%;中度宫颈糜烂治愈率50.0%,总有效率95.8%;重度宫颈糜烂治愈率0.0%,总有效率89.5%.结论复方沙棘籽油栓阴道给药对宫颈糜烂的治疗具有应用方便、作用直接、操作简单、疗效可靠、无明显反应,值得推广应用

Compound Hippophae Rhamnoides Seed Oil Suppository in the Treatment of 98 Cases of Cervical Erosion

Objective To explore the effects of Compound Hippophae Rhamnoides seed oil suppository on cervical erosions with different types.Methods Compound Hippophae Rhamnoides seed oil suppository was placed into the vaginas of patients with cervical erosion 3 days after menstrual period.One oil suppository was used before sleep each night,ten times was one course of treatment,and patients received three courses of treatment.Results All the 98 patients were cured or turned to be better than before treatment,and most of them had no adverse reactions.Conclusion Compound Hippophae Rhamnoides seed oil suppository can accelerate the repair and healing of wounds of patients in treatment of cervical erosion.
