| 摘 要： | 针对检测过程中原有各种颜色检测系统存在的不足,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的颜色检测系统.该系统利用高速数据采集卡PCI-1716对颜色传感器TCS230进行数据采集,然后采用LabVIEW实现与上位机的通信,并对数据进行处理、显示和保存,最终将数据还原为颜色,并完成对颜色的检测.试验结果表明,基于LabVIEW的颜色检测系统大大降低了计算机与其他MPU之间通信的复杂度,同时减少了软件设计的工作量,为颜色检测提供了一种简便的新途径.
