摘    要:目的]为研究油菜植株各部位硒含量和富硒能力的分布特征,为富硒油菜专用肥的研究及低硒地区规模化生产富硒菜籽提供可行性参考。方法]油菜生长不同时期施用等量有机-无机复混腐植酸硒肥,分别采集根、茎、叶、果皮、果实等不同部位样品,采用原子荧光光谱法和固相萃取原子荧光光谱法分别测定总硒、有机硒、无机硒含量,考察油菜植株各部位的富硒能力。结果]油菜植株各部位富硒能力表现为:总硒含量果实>根、叶>果皮、茎,有机硒果实>叶、果皮>根、茎,始花期施肥时硒含量达到富硒标准。结论]施用外源腐殖酸硒肥有利于油菜植株各部位硒含量的增加,在始花期施肥时效果最佳,为后续富硒油菜的种植提供参考,选择出芽期施用常规基肥,始花期追施外源腐殖酸硒肥。

Application of humic acid-enriched seleniumfertilizer on selenium content of rapeseed
Abstract:Objective] To study the distribution characteristics of selenium content and selenium-enriching capacity in various parts of rapeseed plants, and to provide a feasible reference for the research of special fertilizer for selenium-enriched rapeseed and the large-scale production of selenium-enriched rapeseed in low-selenium areas.Method] The same amount of organic-inorganic compound humic acid selenium fertilizer was applied at different periods of rapeseed growth, and samples of different parts such as roots, stems, leaves, peels, fruits were collected, and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and solid phase extraction atomic fluorescence spectroscopy were used respectively.The content of total selenium, organic selenium, and inorganic selenium were determined, and the selenium-enriching capacity of each part of the rape plant was investigated. Result] The selenium-enrichment ability of each part of rapeseed plant was as follows: total selenium content fruit>root, leaf>peel, stem, organic selenium fruit>leaf, peel>root, stem. The selenium content reached the selenium-enriched standard when fertilization at the initial flowering stage. Conclusion] The application of exogenous humic acid selenium fertilizer is beneficial to the increase of selenium content in various parts of rape plants, and the effect is best when fertilizing at the initial flowering stage, which provides a reference for the subsequent planting of selenium-enriched rapeseed.
