海产养殖饵料四爿藻的生长评价

对目前普遍采用的四爿藻生物量累积时期生长状况的评价方法进行了比较,通过测定3种四爿藻的细胞数目、叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量变化及几种波长下的特征光密度吸收值,分别绘制生长曲线。结果表明,叶绿素b含量变化和OD560、OD625、OD750变化与生长趋势不太吻合,而叶绿素a含量变化和细胞数目变化较为一致,呈现较为规则的指数生长曲线。这说明利用叶绿素a含量变化评价四爿藻生长状况较为可靠,而且可以通过测定光密度值直接获得,方便快捷,适合于大规模生产海产养殖饵料的需要。

Growth Evaluation of Marine Microalgae Tetraselmis as Baits in Marine Aquaculture

The present investigation focused on finding an appropriate way for evaluating Tetraselmis growth mainly in biomass accumulation phase of its life cycle.The growth curves of three kinds of Tetraselmis during the motile quadriflagellate phases were obtained from cell counting or determing the content of chlorophyll a and b,and a group of optimal density absorption values(OD560,OD625,OD750),respectively.The results indicated that the growth curves of Tetraselmis from the content of chlorophyll b,and from OD560,OD625,OD750 did not agree well with that from cell counting,while the growth curve of Tetraselmis from the content of chlorophyll a corresponded to it.Thus,it would be a feasible approach to assess the growth of marine microalgae Tetraselmis as baits in marine aquaculture,which was just based on the growth curve of Tetraselmis from the content of chlorophyll a,and was readily obtained directly by measuring the optimal density absorption,especially in motile phase of the life cycle.
