| 摘 要： | 通过对临河糖厂1983—1987年四个制糖生产期甜菜保藏垛温变化的观察研究,总结了保藏垛内不同方位和不同层次的垛温变化规律,以及垛内相对高温区和相对低温区转移的规律,甜菜保藏垛温变化主要受气温年变化的影响,科学的苫盖管理是搞好甜菜保藏的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The study on the variance of temperature in the sugarbeet storage piles of Linhe Sugar Factory was carried out in 4 sugar production periods from 1983 to 1987. Two rules, including the variance of temperature in various directions of different layers in the storage piles and the transition from the part whose temperature was relatively high to the one whose temperature was relatively low were found. The temperature of the storage piles was mainly influenced by the daily variation and yearly variation of air temperature. The key for good storing of sugarbeet is covering and uncovering them scientifically. |
