物联网被称为世界信息产业中继计算机、互联网之后的第三次浪潮。物联网技术在白酒行业的应用刚开始,主要是基于无线传感网的酿酒生产过程自动化应用和基于RFID及二维码的防伪溯源应用。白酒酿造生产过程无线传感器网络应用包括曲药温度监测、曲房环境控制模型、浓香型白酒发酵窖池温度监测数据模型、粮食储藏环境控制、酒库环境监测。防伪溯源应用主要包括防窜货、防造假、抽奖管理。

Internet of things is called the third wave in information industry subsequent to computer and internet.The application of internet of things technology has just begun in liquor-making industry,mainly including automatic liquor-making based on wireless sensor network and security and traceability application based on RFID and two-dimensional code.Automatic liquor-making based on wireless sensor network covers monitoring yeast starter temperature,controlling air temperature and humidity in starter room,monitoring liquor pits fermentation temperature,monitoring environmental temperature in grain storage room,and controlling air temperature,humidity and alcohol concentration in the air in liquor storage house.Security and traceability application covers anti-FALSIFYING traceable,anti-fraud,and lottery management.
