| 摘 要： | 应用齿轮偏心误差理论,揭示了以齿轮的齿顶、齿根和内孔为测量基准的测量齿距误差的实质,并对这三种基准进行了对比分析。指出:对于不同的测量基准所测的结果也不同,若基准选择不当,有时会产生“误收”或“误废”。

| Abstract: | The essence of measuring pitch error, using gear addendum circle, gear dedendum circle and gear assembly hole as measuring datum, has been revealed by means of the theary of the gear eccentric error. The measuring results have been compared with each other in the paper. It is Pointed that the different results rely on the different dada , and that the phenomena of "mistake acceptting" and "mistake discard" may appear if the measuring datum is incorrectly selected. |
