| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-18水平变化在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）发病中的作用。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法分别测定60例SLE患者血浆的IL—18水平。结果SLE患者血浆的IL—18水平增高，且活动期组较稳定期组增高更明显（P〈0．05），与正常对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）；SLE患者治疗前的IL-18水平显著高于治疗后水平（P〈0．05），SLE患者血浆的IL-18水平与病情活动正相关（r=0．49，P〈0．01）。结论SLE患者血浆IL-18水平均显著增高，并且与SLE的病情活动密切相关，可能在SLE的发病机制中发挥重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of IL-18 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and its pathological role. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to measure the plasma level of IL-18 from 60 SLE patients. Results There was increased expression of IL-18 in the SLE patients. The plasma level of IL-18 in the active SLE group exhibited higher than the inactive SLE group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The expression of IL- 18 in active and inactive SLE group compared with normal control group showed statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. The level of IL-18 and SLEDAI score was also positive correlation in the SLE patients （ r = 0.49, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The correlation of increased plasma IL-18 with SLEDAI might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE. |
