新型农村合作医疗试点县药品控价改革的社会调查研究

目的了解云南省新型农村合作医疗试点县药品控价改革情况。方法通过问卷与定性的调查方式,对不同群体对医院药品价格满意度,医务人员对药品改革的看法及改革对医疗机构影响情况进行定性分析。结果4个试点县的参合农民对医院药品价格满意,药品控价让农民受益,特别是弥渡地区的药品市场同价备受农民欢迎。绝大部分医务人员赞同药品控价改革,但认为个人收入减少,医疗机构发展受到影响。结论新型农村合作医疗基本上实行药品控价降低了参合农民的就医成本,尽快健全和完善药品控价改革措施,有利于新型农村合作医疗的有序发展。

Research of Control of Medicine Price in Newly Rural Cooperative Medical System in a Pilot Project

Objective To explore control of medicine price in newly rural cooperative medical system in a pilot project in Yunnan.Methods A questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview in the field were conducted in order to qualitatively analyze the satisfactory degree of medicine price by different groups of people,comments on medicine reform by the medical staff and influence of reform to medical institutions.Results The participants are pleased with medicine price control in hospitals.Conclusion The practice of control of medicine price in newly rural cooperative medical system reduced the medical costs for people who involved in the system.Now as soon as possible to perfect the reform of medicine price is propitious for development of newly rural cooperative medical system.
