| 摘 要： | 吗啡受体激动药的副作用之一就是瘙痒,引起瘙痒的机制很复杂,目前尚未阐明,对瘙痒的处理也有好多方法,但病人的个体差异很大。通过特殊瘙痒病人的处理,探讨处理经验。密切观察病人病情,及时对症处理,保证病人安全,尽量减轻病人痛苦。

| Abstract: | Side effects of opioid receptor agonists is one of itching, itching is caused by a complex mechanism that has yet to be clarified, and pruritus has many methods to be treaded. Through special itching patients the clinical experience was explored. Close observation of the patient＇s condition and timely symptomatic treatment to ensure patient safety were necessary for minimize patient suffering. |
