有色小麦籽粒发育过程中籽粒色素含量动态变化

摘    要:为了加强有色小麦的色素研究,以通过外源DNA导入普通小麦获得的3个紫粒(紫色从深到浅分别为紫红、深红、咖啡)及1个黑粒不同粒色小麦(共4个)的T3代变异后代为材料,对其籽粒发育过程中的色素含量进行了分析。结果表明,在4个不同粒色变异后代的籽粒发育过程中,籽粒中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量随着发育天数的增加呈逐渐降低趋势,其中3个紫色变异后代的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量与籽粒颜色有关,颜色越深,含量越低。花青素含量的测定结果表明,紫粒小麦和黑粒小麦籽粒中花青素的含量变化趋势存在明显差异,前者呈单峰曲线,后者呈双峰曲线。研究还表明,不同颜色的籽粒在不同发育时期花青素的具体组成成分不同。

Abstract:In order to enforce the pigment research of color wheat, (seed) pigment contents at (different) seed (development) stages of four (different) (seed-color) variation offsprings, produced by exogenous DNA introduction, were mensured and analyzed. The result showed that content of chlorophyll, carotinoid in seeds of four (different) (seed-color) wheats reduced gradually along with the increase of development days. It also indicated that content of chlorophyll and carotinoid in mauve, carmine and coffee grain were related with the colors of seeds, e.g. the deeper colors, the less content. There was obvious (difference) on the trends of anthocyanidin change between purple and black grain. The former was a curve with only a apex but the later was with two. Also it was confirmed that the apex stage was the best time to utilize the anthocyanidin. At last we deduced that the components of seed anthocyanidin of (different) color grain were different.
