超声波辅助萃取-气相色谱法测定青椒中有机磷农药残留的研究

摘    要:该研究应用超声波辅助萃取-气相色谱法,采用响应面法对青椒中5种有机磷类农药残留的溶剂萃取条件进行了优化,结果表明,有机磷农药残留溶剂萃取的最佳参数为超声时间13.4 min、料液比1∶1.5(g∶mL)、水浴温度76.7 ℃,回收率可达96.82%。在0.05~5.00 mg/kg的添加水平,5种有机磷农药的相对标准偏差是2.1%~5.2%,检出限的范围是0.008~0.015 mg/kg。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、检出限低、检测效果良好,提取率优于传统方法,适合青椒中有机磷农药残留量的检测。

Abstract:In order to study the application of ultrasonic-assisted extraction combined with gas chromatography, the solvent extraction conditions of five organophosphorus pesticide residues in green pepper were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum parameters for solvent extraction were as follows: ultrasonic time 13.4 min, solid-liquid ratio 1∶1.5(g∶ml), water bath temperature 76.7 ℃. Under this condition, the recovery rate of organophosphorous pesticide residues could reach 96.82%. At the adding levels of 0.05-5.00 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was 2.1%-5.2% and the detection limits were 0.008-0.015 mg/kg. This method was simple, rapid, high sensitive, low detection limit with good detection result. Comparing with the traditional extraction method, the extraction yield was improved. It was suitable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in green peppers.
