滞迟神经脉冲振荡器

摘    要:本文在总结有关文献中提出的各种滞迟神经脉冲振荡电路的基础上,归纳出它们的统一数学模型,并全面分析这一数学模型模拟生物神经元冲动发放行为的能力,得出七种不同的可编程神经脉冲振荡器模型。然后从理论上推导出这些振荡器的振荡条件,振荡波形和激励—频率特征函数表达式。最后用OTA器件实现并测试其激励—频率特征曲线。

Abstract:All the circuits of hysteretic neural pulse oscillators, which are presented by some previous papers, are incorporated intoa general mathematical equation in this paper; and then seven programmable neural pulse oscillator (PNPO) models are introducedbased on analysis of the abilities of this general equation to simulate the pulse firing behaviour of biological neurons. The oscillatingconditions, oscillating waveforms and the presentation formula of stimuli-frequency characteristics of these seven PNPO's are derivedtheoretically. Finally, these PNPO's are implemented by use of OTA elements, and their stimuli-frequency characteristic curves aretested.
