| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是教育的发展趋势；而高等工科院校对人才实施素质教育的核心内容是培养学生解决工程问题的素质与能力。通过高校与科研单位合作培养的形式，对高年级学生的课外科技活动，系列实验，毕业论等实践教学环节进行改革，并就实践性教学环节的实施方法，条件和途径做了积极的探索。
