| 摘 要： | 本文以广州和深圳140份住户问卷调查为基础，分析了南方城市中小套型住户住宅概况，人员构成及住宅能耗，客观地反映了南方城市住户对住宅评价、住宅装修情况，厨卫与和各类管线设备的满意程度，并试图了解其居住意向与愿景。同时，文章针对性地对60岁以上的老年住户进行了生活现状与老人居住需求的剖析，在一手数据支撑的基础上，提出了适合当前老人居住的可能居住模式，以满足老年人的居住与生活所需。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses residential general information, family member and energy consumption of medium-small households in southern China. It collects analysis of 140 households questionnaire survey in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Therefore could subjectively reflect on southern urban householders’ residencial evaluations, satisfaction on residence decoration and other relative factors. This is an attempt to probe in their ideal residential intentions. Meanwhile, this paper has a targeted survey on householders who are over 60. With help of the firsthand data, it puts forwards the most suitable residential pattern for seniors, which means to meet their residential & living needs. |
