| 摘 要： | 统计分析表明，中国上市公司商管人员持股数量与比例明显偏低；高管持股这种激励约束机制对企业的经营绩效并没有产生显著的影响，这是由国内股市的上市公司高管持股现状与持股制度的缺陷造成的。
