南京长江隧道盾构施工技术难点分析

摘    要:南京长江隧道工程地质条件复杂,盾构直径超大,盾构施工水土压力高达0.75 MPa。采用直径约为14.9 m的气垫调节泥水平衡式盾构机独头掘进2.9 km。施工技术难点多,难度大,对盾构设备要求高。盾构机要在适应性、主要系统性能及技术服务等方面满足工程施工需要。

Abstract:Stratum of the tunnel project of Nanjing Yangtse River is very complex.The diameter of boring machine is very big.The pressure of earth and water in the tunnel is up to 0.75 MPa.The tunnel is excavated by a boring machine which controls and adjusts pressure by slurry-bubble-cushion.The length of tunnel excavated in only one direction by boring machine is 2.9 km.This article introduces many engineering difficulties in the construction and the selection of proper boring machines to excavate the tunnel.
