摘    要:平煤九矿属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,且该矿地质条件极其复杂,严重影响了矿井安全生产和巷道安全快速掘进。该矿己16-17-22050机巷掘进工作面瓦斯压力大、瓦斯含量高,属于突出危险区域。为了有效消除区域突出危险性,对该巷道煤巷条带采取了低抽巷穿层钻孔预抽瓦斯技术、煤巷条带深孔卸压释放瓦斯技术、煤层注水等一系列综合防突措施。通过区域突出危险性预测、区域综合防突措施、区域防突措施效果检验、区域验证四位一体综合防突技术手段,特别是多手段的综合防突措施应用,成功消除了突出危险性,并结合有效的安全防护措施,为巷道的安全掘进提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:Pingmei No. 9 coal mine belongs to coal and gas outburst mine, and mine geological conditions are extremely complex,which seriously affected the mine safety production and roadway drivage safely and quickly.The Ji16-17-22050 machine lane tunneling faces of the mine has high gas pressure and gas content, which belongs to the dangerous area of outburst. In order to effectively eliminate the danger of regional outburst, a series of comprehensive outburst prevention measures have been adopted in this roadway, such as low-drainage roadway through-layer borehole pre-drainage technology, deep-hole pressure relief and gas release technology, coal seam water injection and so on. Through the four-in-one comprehensive outburst prevention technology, such as regional outburst risk prediction, regional outburst prevention measures, regional outburst prevention measures effect test and regional verification, especially the application of multi-means comprehensive outburst prevention measures, the outburst danger has been successfully eliminated. And combined with effective safety protection measures, it provides technical support for safe driving of roadways.
