ANSYS及SolidWorks在模具设计中的集成与应用

摘    要:以SolidWorks软件为平台,将以SolidWorks、VB及Access结合建立的模具标准件库与可以方便地对所设计的模具结构进行仿真分析及有限元分析的Ansys相结合,形成一种进行模具的动态设计和优化的CAD/CAE模具设计集成环境。该环境和方法对模具结构设计分析具有先进性和经济性,而且方便灵活,大幅度降低设计周期,提高产品设计水平,对SolidWorks等CAD的二次开发具有重要借鉴意义。阐述了用所集成的环境在模具结构设计和分析过程中的一般应用形式。

Abstract:A mould standard parts library is constructed by integration of SolidWorks,VB and Access on the platform of SolidWorks software,which provides a convenient way of simulating analysis of mould structure.Thus,an integrated CAD/CAE mould design environment that has functions of dynamic design and optimization is established.This methodology is advanced,economic and feasible,which shortens design cycle eramatically,improves products design and offers an important reference for the secondary development of CAD.A general application mode is discussed on designing and analyzing process by using this integrated environment.
