| 摘 要： | 目的了解凌海市小学生的近视发病情况,为小学生近视的防治提供依据。方法用多阶段整群抽样的方法选取凌海市5所小学(城市2所、农村3所)4~6年级的小学生为研究对象,综合分析2004、2006、2007年健康体检资料,对其裸眼视力情况进行评价。结果2004、2006、2007年共检测凌海市小学生4 866人,各年近视率分别为12.31%、14.46%、17.03%总体呈上升趋势;近视率女生(15.76%)高于男生(14.00%)(P<0.05);农村高于城市(2χ=11.43,P<0.01)。结论建议家庭、学校及医院实施针对性的社区干预,降低小学生近视发病率。 |
