尾砂作骨料的似膏体料浆流变特性实验研究

在流变特性实验的基础上，对尾砂作骨料的似膏体充填料浆的流变模型和流态进行了研究。结果表明，尾砂作骨料的似膏体充填料浆的流变模型近似于宾汉塑性体，料浆在管路输送中呈层流流态。通过分析，提出了在本实验条件下充填料浆的合适浓度和溢流层砂添加比例。这为类似条件下的似膏体充填管路输送参数设计提供了理论依据。

Experimental Study on the Rheological Characteristic of Paste-like Slurry With Tailings as Aggregate

Based on the experiment of rheological characteristic, the rheological model and the flow state of paste like fill slurry with tailings as aggregate were studied. The result showed that its rheological model is similar to that of Binghan plastic fluid and its flow state in pipeline transportation is of laminal flow type.Through analysis, the propriate density and the proportion of overflow tailings of paste like fill slurry were proposed for the conditions of this experiment. This research provides a theoretical basis for the parameter design of pipeline transportation for paste like fill under similar conditions.
