摘    要:从环境气氛和温度角度讨论了铜导线短路熔痕内部孔洞的形成机理;应用金相图像分析软件,对模拟试验制备的单股、多股铜导线一次短路熔痕和二次短路熔痕的内部孔洞进行分析研究,找出熔痕性质与孔洞特征参数如数量、最大卡规直径、面积、圆度、粗糙度等的对应关系,为认定起火原因提供科学的技术依据.

Abstract:The formation mechanism of copper wire short melt marks internal holes was discussed in points of atmosphere and temperature.Utilizing metallographic image analysis software,the internal holes of primary,secondary short-circuit melt mark on single,multiple strand copper wire made by simulating experiments were analyzed,and the relationships between melt marks nature and holes characteristic such as number,maximum diameter of caliper,area,roundness,roughness were decided,which can provide support for fire ca...
